Vaccination Policy

All the pets that receive services from Mobile Pet Home are required to have their Rabies vaccination. If the pet is unvaccinated, has its Rabies vaccination expired, or if the client fails to show proof of vaccination the groomer is allowed to refuse service.

Groomer on Time Policy

Our groomer will do everything to get to the client’s house at the scheduled time.

Please understand that due to circumstances beyond our control (traffic, accidents, weather, etc.), may result in our groomer being late.

Another reason for the delay could be due to additional time added to the appointment of the previous pet. If the pets present complicated behavior, age issues, health issues, fleas and ticks, and matted or neglected coats, the groomer will need to spend additional time on that appointment.

We have a 30-minute window where the customer will be notified in advance of any type of delay.

If the groomer is late past the 30-minute window and has not been in communication regarding arrival, the client has the option to reschedule at no charge.

If the groomer is on the way, has updated the client about the delay and the client has accepted to wait for the updated time (or hasn’t responded), it means that the client has accepted the updated time as the new appointment time and they are not able to reschedule without a fee.

Cancel or Reschedule Policy

Our clients are able to cancel or reschedule an appointment with no fee if done 24 hours in advance of the scheduled time.

If cancellation/rescheduling is made less than 24 hours in advance, you will be charged 30% of the service booked on your credit card informed on the booking website.

Liability Policy

Here at Mobile Pet Home, we ensure that clients' requests for their pets have been executed. However, due to some circumstances, it may be necessary for the groom to be done differently and some details may be skipped. All complaints over discontented grooms must be made within 24 hours of the service.

Working with pets can be unpredictable and we intend to always give support and a stress-free environment for your pet. During the grooming service, there are risks of irritation, being nicked, razor burned, clipped, or scratched. For this reason, any medical complaints and veterinary expenses that have happened during the service should be notified within 24 hours of the service.

Refuse Service Policy

Our groomer is authorized to refuse service if the dog presents any of the following:

-Unvaccinated or expired Rabies vaccination

-Too Aggressive

-Overly anxious

-Mange

-Rashes

-Open wounds

-Too old and frail to withstand

Surcharge Policy

The groomer has the right to add surcharges to the service if for some reason it is necessary to add more time to bathe or groom.

Examples:

-Dogs behavior

-Senior pets and pets with health issues

-Flea and tick

-Matted or neglected coat


Photo & video policy

Client consents that Mobile Pet Home may take pictures and videos, before and after the service is done, and use it on your website, Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook for posts and/or advertising for Mobile Pet Home. The client affirms that they are the rightful legal owner, or caregiver to the pet that receives the service.
